Today, timesharing has caught on as a novel concept. It means that you buy a vacation home. Have fun when you are there and rent it out to some hospitality chain when you are not around. It will fetch you enough money to go about making the repairs and also enjoy your next vacation there.
A vacation home rental needs to be good enough to pull in crowds. Today, aqua home or rustic cottages are a craze. The later provides an old world charm to tourists who are tired of the concrete jungles of life. They do not mind paying a little extra. Aqua homes give them the privilege of private swimming pools. Again, who would hate the idea?
Vacation homes must be dome in earth colors. Very sanguine shades or dull shades are not liked by tourists. Ideally, they should have a fire place. The flooring should be gentle. The rooms should be cut out to create an illusion of space.
