Home Organization For Kitchen And Bath
Filed Under Bathrooms, Home Care, Home Improvements, Home maintenance, House Keeping, Kitchen Care | Leave a Comment
When starting from the bath, it is important to realize that the small toiletries make the whole place appear messed up, but if you purchase some small drawers or boxes, then you can easily have a place where you could store the stuff as well. In the back corner of the bathroom sink, there is usually some space that can be used for storing of toiletries.
Building a shelve inside the bathroom is also a means through which you can take care of the toiletries. When it comes to the kitchen, make up some space through either expanding or increase the cabinets and drawers in such a way that the dishes will get a place to be put. Stick stemmed glasses upside down to create more room inside the kitchen. Ensure that you have enough cutleries in the clutter, such that you will not encourage people to throw them all over.

Good, bad and ugly about granite tiles
Filed Under Flooring / Tiling, Home Care, House Keeping | Leave a Comment
If you are concerned about the flooring of your dream house, it would be wise enough to opt for granite tiles. They are not only durable but also equally heat resistant. Moreover, they do not cost a hard pinch on your pockets. Granite tiles are available in a wide array of designs, shades and patterns. The installation process is substantially easier.
However, granite tiles do not come absolutely free of disadvantages. Their porous surface easily absorbs liquids and gets stained. Hence they must be sealed in order to prevent it from being stained. Another disadvantage of granite tiles is their limited availability of shades. You may not able to find the accurate shaded granite tiles and may need to settle for something less than perfect.
Again then, granite tiles are preferred over others as they can withstand almost anything except direct flames and extreme friction.
